We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Im applying to a grad school in England...but w/ the exchange rates now...ugh...Id have to take out mad loads to get over over there and live.
But I will probably start gogo dancing at a club in the strip district in Feb, adn at another club there Im a resident artist, I show my art, and find people to set up a lil gallery of their own every monday nite.....so hey if you're interested in that or know anyone else who might be, let me know. I might be able to hook you up w/ a date to show your stuff in the future.
So, those are 2 positives going on right now!

Going to grad school in England would be incredible... I hope things turn out so you can find a way to afford it! Gogo dancing sounds like a sweet job actually. Getting PAID to dance... wow, good deal. About the gallery thing, thanks for the invite! I just might take you up on the offer closer to the end of the semester, if you're still working there. I would probably show some of my caracatures, and maybe prints of 3d animated stuff. Who knows.
